HOW TO BUY

To place an order, browse the website until you find the product you want.

Once you have found it, click on it to view all the available details. From there, you can add the product to your basket.

Please ensure you have selected the correct size.

To view the products you have added, click on the basket. You can add new products, remove items or proceed to checkout.

If this is your first time shopping with us, you will be asked to register with your details, your email address and a password, which you can use to create and access your account.

If you already have an active account, you will need to enter your email address and password, and the system will recognise your details.

From your account, you can continue with your purchase and finally confirm your order.

Orders will be dispatched via the courier service Correos Express. Delivery charges will be added to your order before payment. Deliveries are only made to addresses in Spain (Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands).

If you would like to receive an invoice, please request one before making payment.

Select your payment method: card or PayPal.

Please read and accept the general terms and conditions of purchase to complete your order.

Please enter your payment details.

Once you have accepted the terms and conditions of purchase and placed your order, it will be deemed to have been accepted. You will then receive an email confirming receipt of your order, and the contract between you and us will be formalised at the time the order is placed.

You may exercise your right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days. 

Returns

Only products purchased at www.3claveles.com can be returned in this way.

To return an order, please send an email to comercial@buenohermanos.com, stating the order number and the products you wish to return.

You have 14 days from receipt of the order to request a return.

You will receive an email with your return details.

All return costs will be borne by Bueno Hermanos, S.A. provided the reason is attributable to the company. This applies in cases of manufacturing defects or stock errors.

For the return to be processed correctly, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must not have been used and must be in its original packaging.

  • The product(s) must be packed in the same way as they were received. If the original packaging is not available, the replacement packaging must be large enough to hold the contents.

  • The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

If all conditions are met, Bueno Hermanos, S.A. will refund the cost of your order, excluding the delivery charges for your initial order, unless your return is due to defects in the product received. In that case, you will be refunded the full amount within a maximum of 10 working days.

Returns to be borne by Bueno Hermanos, S.A. will be collected by the courier company Correos Express. Three collection attempts will be made; if collection is unsuccessful, the customer must arrange the return at their own expense.
